This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through bypearlie.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, product launches, holidays, or times of high order volume, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Time
After your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery is usually 7–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, customs or import processing where applicable, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates, delivery options, and any available shipping promotions will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the locations available at checkout.
If your address is not accepted at checkout, we may not currently ship to your location.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Pearlie is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@bypearlie.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been placed or processed.
Delayed Orders
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, but delays can happen.
Delivery may be delayed by carrier issues, customs or import checks, high shipping volume, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other events outside our control.
Pearlie is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an order has been handed over for delivery.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking says your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, building staff, or your local carrier.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at hello@bypearlie.com and we will review the issue.
Pearlie is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we may help where possible.
Damaged Items or Wrong Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us at hello@bypearlie.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Pearlie is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import processing.
Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, unpaid duties or fees, or failure to collect the package, contact us at hello@bypearlie.com.
Reshipping may require an additional shipping fee. Refunds for returned-to-sender orders may exclude original shipping costs and any costs incurred in connection with the return.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We process orders quickly. Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
