This Legal Notice applies to your use of bypearlie.com and any purchase made from Pearlie.

By visiting bypearlie.com, placing an order, submitting information, using Pearlie products, or contacting us about an order, you agree to the policies and notices posted on bypearlie.com, including our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Product Notice

Pearlie products are cosmetic body coverage products for external use only.

Pearlie is not a skin treatment, medication, bleaching product, lightening product, fading cream, or medical product. Pearlie does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, fade, bleach, lighten, repigment, or permanently change any skin condition, skin tone, mark, scar, stretch mark, tattoo, vitiligo patch, hyperpigmentation, discoloration, or other skin concern.

Any product descriptions, images, videos, demonstrations, before-and-after style content, customer reviews, shade guidance, or marketing materials are provided for general shopping and informational purposes only. Results may vary based on your skin tone, undertone, skin texture, application method, dry time, lighting, clothing, activity level, and the area where the product is applied.

Shade and Coverage Results

We do our best to represent shades and product results accurately. However, screens, lighting, cameras, skin undertones, and individual application can affect how a shade appears.

Pearlie does not guarantee an exact shade match, identical result, complete coverage, full transfer prevention, waterproof performance, sweatproof performance, or the same result shown in any image, review, video, advertisement, or demonstration.

For best results, choose the shade closest to your body skin tone, apply a thin layer, blend well, let it fully set, and test a small area before wearing with light-colored or delicate clothing.

Transfer and Clothing Notice

Pearlie is designed to be transfer-resistant once dry, but no cosmetic body coverage product can be guaranteed to be completely transfer-proof in every situation.

Transfer may occur depending on application amount, dry time, sweat, water, friction, tight clothing, fabric type, heat, humidity, rubbing, layering, or failure to let the product fully set.

Pearlie is not responsible for stains, transfer, fabric damage, dry-cleaning costs, laundry costs, or damage to clothing, towels, bedding, furniture, car seats, swimsuits, or other materials.

Always allow the product to fully dry before dressing. If wearing white, light-colored, expensive, delicate, or dry-clean-only clothing, do a small press test with a clean towel before dressing.

Skin Safety Notice

Pearlie products are for external use only.

Do not apply to broken, irritated, infected, sunburned, freshly shaved, freshly waxed, open, or damaged skin. Avoid contact with the eyes, inside the mouth, and other sensitive areas.

Patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin, allergies, eczema, active irritation, or a history of reactions to cosmetic products.

Stop use immediately if irritation, itching, redness, swelling, burning, discomfort, or any other reaction occurs. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.

Shipping and Delivery Notice

Order processing and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Orders are usually fulfilled within 1–2 business days, and estimated delivery is usually 7–10 business days after fulfillment. These timeframes may change during peak seasons, holidays, promotions, product launches, high-volume periods, carrier delays, customs or import processing where applicable, weather events, failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

Pearlie is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, unpaid duties or fees, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that an order was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, your local carrier, and the surrounding delivery area first.

Pearlie is not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. However, we may review the issue and help where possible.

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact hello@bypearlie.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos.

Returns, Refunds, and Guarantee Notice

Returns, refunds, shade replacements, and guarantee requests are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Pearlie offers a 60-day guarantee on eligible orders placed through bypearlie.com, subject to review and the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

The guarantee does not create an unlimited right to refunds, repeated replacements, abusive claims, excessive use claims, fraudulent claims, or claims outside the stated request window.

Pearlie may request your order number, photos, product details, proof of purchase, or a brief explanation before approving any return, refund, replacement, store credit, or other solution.

Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is a problem with your order, shipment, shade, product, or payment, contact us first at hello@bypearlie.com so we can review and try to resolve the issue.

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution and may limit our ability to assist you directly.

Pearlie reserves the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, policy acknowledgments, IP/device information, fraud screening results, and other relevant evidence to payment processors, banks, card networks, fraud-prevention providers, legal advisors, or other parties involved in reviewing a dispute.

Fraudulent, false, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders, cancellation of pending orders, account restriction, recovery action, or other remedies available under applicable law.

Nothing in this notice limits any legal rights you may have to dispute billing errors or unauthorized charges under applicable law.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or review any order that appears fraudulent, suspicious, abusive, high-risk, or inconsistent with normal personal use.

We may use fraud-prevention tools, payment verification, address verification, order history, device information, IP information, and third-party service providers to help detect and prevent fraud.

We may cancel or refund orders where we are unable to verify payment, shipping, identity, or order information.

Promotions and Discounts

Discounts, promotional codes, bundles, free gifts, and special offers are subject to change, limitation, or cancellation at any time.

Pearlie reserves the right to refuse or cancel promotions that appear mistaken, expired, duplicated, misused, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the promotion terms.

Promotions have no cash value unless expressly stated.

User Content, Reviews, and Images

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, comments, feedback, or other content to Pearlie, you confirm that the content is truthful, lawful, and owned by you or that you have the rights needed to share it.

By submitting content, you grant Pearlie permission to use, edit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, advertise, and promote that content in connection with Pearlie products, bypearlie.com, email, SMS, social media, advertising, and other marketing channels.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearlie is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of bypearlie.com, your purchase or use of Pearlie products, shipping delays, product results, application results, shade mismatch, transfer, clothing stains, customer misuse, third-party services, or events outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearlie’s total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Policy Abuse

Pearlie reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, discounts, future orders, or guarantee claims that appear fraudulent, excessive, abusive, dishonest, or inconsistent with normal personal use.

This includes, but is not limited to, repeated refund claims, repeated shade replacement claims, false non-delivery claims, false damage claims, excessive product use followed by refund demands, chargeback abuse, promotion abuse, or attempts to obtain free products through dishonest claims.

We may update this Legal Notice from time to time by posting a revised version on bypearlie.com.

The version posted at the time of your purchase will generally apply to your order unless otherwise required by law.
