At Pearlie, we want you to feel confident trying your shade in real life. That is why we offer a 60-day return and satisfaction guarantee on eligible orders placed through bypearlie.com.

60-Day Empty-The-Bottle Promise

You have 60 days after receiving your order to contact us if your shade is not right or if you are not happy with your coverage result.

Try Pearlie where you actually need it — on your legs, knees, elbows, underarms, scars, stretch marks, tattoos, vitiligo patches, dark spots, or uneven tone.

Use a thin layer. Let it set. Wear it in real life.

If your shade is not right, we may help replace it. If the coverage still is not what you expected, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will review your request.

To help us process your request, we may ask for your order number, email address, photos of the product, photos of the shade result, or a brief explanation of the issue.

Shade Replacements

If you choose the wrong shade, contact us at hello@bypearlie.com within 60 days of delivery.

Where eligible, we may offer a one-time shade replacement or another suitable solution. Shade replacements are subject to review and availability.

Returns

To request a return, contact us at hello@bypearlie.com before sending anything back.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed beauty products may not be eligible for physical return unless approved by Pearlie. However, they may still be reviewed under our 60-Day Empty-The-Bottle Promise.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective item, or the wrong item being sent.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect, contact us at hello@bypearlie.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

Gift cards
Products not purchased from bypearlie.com
Items sent back without contacting us first
Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear after delivery
Products that have been excessively used or emptied outside of a valid guarantee request
Orders where the 60-day request window has passed

Sale, promotional, or discounted items may be final sale unless otherwise required by law or approved under our guarantee.

Refunds

Once your return or guarantee request has been reviewed, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@bypearlie.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges for every order.

For shade-related issues, contact us within 60 days of delivery. Where eligible, we may offer a one-time shade replacement or another suitable solution.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification.

To be eligible, the item must generally be unused, unopened, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain sealed beauty or personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened or unsealed, unless required by applicable law.

Abuse of Policy

Pearlie reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, or guarantee claims that appear fraudulent, excessive, abusive, or inconsistent with normal personal use.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on bypearlie.com at the time of your purchase will apply to your order, unless otherwise required by law.
