Pearlie sells cosmetic body coverage products.

Pearlie products are intended for external cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, fade, bleach, lighten, or permanently change any skin condition, skin tone, mark, scar, pigmentation, vitiligo patch, tattoo, stretch mark, or other skin concern.

Any product descriptions, shade guidance, photographs, videos, demonstrations, before-and-after style imagery, testimonials, or educational content are provided for general informational and shopping purposes only.

We make reasonable efforts to display product shades, textures, packaging, and results accurately. However, product appearance may vary based on your device, screen settings, lighting, skin tone, undertone, application method, dry time, and the area of the body where the product is applied.

We do not guarantee that any shade, finish, coverage level, transfer result, wear time, or product appearance will exactly match what is shown online or meet every individual expectation.

Product descriptions, pricing, ingredients, packaging, availability, and promotions may change at any time without notice.

  1. Cosmetic Use and Skin Safety

Pearlie products are for external use only.

Do not apply Pearlie products to broken, irritated, infected, freshly shaved, burned, or open skin. Avoid direct contact with the eyes, inside the mouth, or other sensitive areas.

As with any cosmetic product, we recommend patch testing before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin, allergies, eczema, active irritation, or a history of cosmetic reactions.

If irritation, redness, itching, burning, swelling, discomfort, or any other adverse reaction occurs, stop use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, risk of loss may pass to you to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. Returns, Refunds, Shade Replacements, and Guarantee

Returns, refunds, shade replacements, and satisfaction requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy posted on bypearlie.com.

Pearlie offers a 60-day guarantee on eligible orders purchased through bypearlie.com, subject to the terms of that policy.

To request help with a return, refund, shade issue, damaged item, wrong item, or guarantee claim, contact us at hello@bypearlie.com.

We may request your order number, email address, photos, product details, or a brief explanation of the issue before approving any return, refund, replacement, or other solution.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

  1. Promotions, Discounts, and Offers

From time to time, Pearlie may offer discounts, bundles, promotional codes, free gifts, limited-time offers, or other promotions.

Promotions may be changed, limited, suspended, or ended at any time without notice.

Promotional codes may not be combined unless expressly stated. Promotions have no cash value and may be subject to additional terms.

If you submit, upload, tag, email, post, or otherwise provide reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, comments, feedback, suggestions, or other content to Pearlie, you grant Pearlie a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, advertise, and create derivative works from that content in any media for marketing, promotional, operational, or commercial purposes.

This may include use on bypearlie.com, product pages, advertisements, email, SMS, social media, and other marketing materials.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that the content does not violate the rights of another person or business.

You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

We may remove, edit, or decline to publish user content at our discretion.
